Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct full pre‑sale preparation of goods, checking names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting appearance; arrange and display goods according to the company’s international rules.
- Monitor availability of goods in the trade section, check quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide insights to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals; understand product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices; offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.
- Provide high standards of customer service and engagement; assist customers in choosing products; resolve conflict situations; foster effective communication and possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Manage stock levels on the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for customers.
- Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
- Adhere to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Ability to work independently, manage own emotions and challenges, and exhibit self‑leadership.
