Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct full pre-sale preparation of goods: check names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting appearance; arrange and display goods according to company rules.
- Monitor the availability of goods in the trade section, checking quality, expiration dates, and proper labeling and pricing.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.

- Achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Deep product knowledge: understand aims, properties, quality, care rules, and prices; offer substitutes and related products to customers.
