YOUR MISSION
- Ensure high customer service standards, manage store operations, oversee staff performance, handle cash desk transactions, maintain merchandising standards, and achieve financial and operational goals while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
- Customer Experience & Communication: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor. Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations. Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Salesfloor Engagement: Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
- Team Management: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff. Motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales target.
- Store Operations: Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately in compliance with Retail P&Ps. Identify, interpret, diagnose the performance of the store based on controllable operational KPI’s (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).
- Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.
- Inventory Management: Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
- Merchandise Management: Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and communicate opportunities. Ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA VM standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior retail staff role.
