YOUR MISSION

  • Respond to user and system problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Be the first point of contact for users on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support the IT Operations team in their day-to-day duties where necessary.

YOUR TALENT

  • Previous experience and knowledge of basic IT tools and infrastructure (Windows/Office365, servers, networks) is essential.
  • Experience of working on a helpdesk or 1st-line IT support would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL and query is preferred but not essential.
  • An excellent level of planning and organisation skills.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
