Responsibilities

  • Ensure high customer service standards and engagement on the sales floor.
  • Manage store operations, including cash desk transactions, POS processing, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Oversee staff performance, coach employees, and spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers.
  • Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through product presentation, consultative selling, and upselling of related items.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards to meet or exceed PUMA VM standards.
  • Conduct inventory management, including physical counts, shrink goals, and physical merchandise handling.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to provide insights for performance improvement.
  • Ensure loss prevention and operational compliance.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage store staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, interpret, and diagnose store performance using controllable operational KPIs such as CR, UPT, and ATV.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior retail staff role.
  • Strong analytical abilities to prepare and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights.
  • In-depth product knowledge, including purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and pricing.
