Responsibilities
- Manage the processes of reception, organization, and documentation of inventory, supplies and any goods in the stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the store's operations by preparing products for sale and maintaining efficient stockroom practices.
- Receiving Goods: Accept stock from the DC/warehouse, check quantity and quality, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records in accordance with local laws and PUMA P&P.
- Pre‑Sale Preparation: Prepare goods for sale, including checking labels, prices, and applying security sensors.
- Labeling: Ensure all items are correctly labeled and report any discrepancies.
- Storage: Organize goods in the stockroom as per the Store Manager's /Stockroom supervisor instructions.
- Compliance: Adhere to labor and production discipline, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Organizational effectiveness: Efficiently organize and manage the stockroom to optimize space and accessibility. Keep the inventory system up‑to‑date (location and quantities).
- Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in receiving goods, labeling, and maintaining inventory records.
