- Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Pre‑sale Preparation: Check goods for names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance; unpack and inspect appearance.
- Merchandising: Arrange and display goods according to the company's international rules, maintain presentation standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, ensure product availability.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, provide insights to improve performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
