- Mission
- Drive sustainable growth of one of PUMA's strategic European key accounts (JD Group), with full accountability for sales revenue, margin and profitability.
- Define and execute the multi-year account strategy across offline and online channels, aligning it with internal and external stakeholders including senior stakeholders.
- Lead pre-season and in-season negotiations that create incrementality for the end customer, the key account and PUMA.
- Translate sell-through, retail insights, and market trends into effective assortment strategies, inventory optimization, and in-season actions.
- Lead and execute seasonal Go-To-Market processes, ensuring high-quality delivery across assortments, sell-in, and distribution planning.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration (Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure aligned execution, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial experience, including leadership experience in sales or account management (brand or retailer side), and a strong track record managing strategic key accounts in an omnichannel environment, ideally with a strong UK background.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L or budget ownership and a deep understanding of revenue drivers and margin management.
- Deep Streetwear/UK‑led customer knowledge.
- Proven experience translating end‑customer insights into tangible, repeatable assortment, marketing and business outcomes.
- In‑depth negotiation experience covering online and offline models.
- Proven experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, including assortment planning, distribution, and sell-in cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to optimize sell-through, in-season performance, and inventory health.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, combined with an agile, hands‑on, and solution-oriented approach.
