Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Pre‑sale Preparation: Check goods for names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance; unpack and inspect appearance.
  • Merchandising: Arrange and display goods according to the company's international rules, maintain presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, ensure product availability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, provide insights to improve performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
