- Possess knowledge of import processes, regulations, and multimodal freight operations.
- Proficiency in Import/Export Software, Duty Management & ERP systems.
- Preparing and submitting customs declarations and other required documentation.
- Interaction with freight forwarders and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to effectively address claims and compliance matters within transportation, logistics.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customs transactions.
- Staying up to date on changes in customs regulations and procedures.
- Analyze import processes and logistics to identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan, manage and align activities performed in the area.
- Local and external stakeholder management within key supply chain departments.
