Your Mission
We are looking for a driven Product Owner with a passion for sports, digital innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will own and drive the evolution of Teamsport One-Stop-Shop (OSS), PUMA’s next-generation digital platform, and state-of-the-art 3D product configurator. At the heart of this product is an immersive 3D experience that allows users to design, visualize, and personalize teamwear in real time, from customizing kits down to the smallest details and instantly seeing their creations come to life in 3D. The platform transforms how teams, clubs, and consumers engage with PUMA products, supporting user journeys for fans, athletes, and teams creating personalized football, handball, and basketball kits; for PUMA teams and sales representatives designing kit concepts for professional sports clubs; and for B2B customers navigating a seamless digital journey to configure products and manage their purchasing process.
- Own and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own the seasonal readiness and lifecycle management of the 3D configurator, ensuring all product data, designs, materials, colorways, pricing, and customization options are accurately maintained and launched on time each season.
- Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, product development teams, and engineers.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and business impact.
- Own product communication and enablement strategy to support adoption.
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI and resource efficiency.
Your Talent
- 5‑8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital platforms, and customer‑facing B2B/B2C products.
- Ability to balance technical complexity with business and consumer experience quality.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and managing product backlogs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Hands‑on, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Passion for team sports is a strong plus.
