YOUR MISSION

• Lead and support seasonal and annual Sportstyle marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage execution of product launches, campaigns, fashion and streetwear collaborations, and retail activations
• Drive consumer-focused storytelling across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels
• Own day‑to‑day project management for assigned category and franchise initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met
• Act as a key cross‑functional point of contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, GTM, Creative, Production and Marketing teams
• Support regional and channel marketing teams with clear tools, guidance and content to enable effective implementation of global seasonal franchise strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize plans based on insights and KPIs
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster collaboration

YOUR TALENT

• 4-6 years of experience in category marketing, brand marketing or integrated marketing within fashion, lifestyle or streetwear categories
• Experience supporting the development of seasonal or annual category marketing plans
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and timelines
• Hands‑on experience working with creative assets, sell‑in tools, and seasonal marketing deliverables
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a cross‑functional, global marketing environment
• In‑depth knowledge of the fashion industry and landscape
• Passion for social and digital media
• Willingness to travel internationally
