YOUR MISSION
- In close alignment with the Global Ecommerce Leadership team, orchestrate the definition of PUMA's future Ecommerce commercial strategy: Translate the company's overarching vision into a commercial strategy and clear priorities for Ecommerce that wins consumers, strengthens brand equity and accelerates commercial profitable growth.
- Ensure overall alignment on strategy, priorities and projects with all other key functions and business leaders within Ecommerce Global Commercial team.
- Prepare strategy and update decks for senior audiences, including the board.
- Demonstrate execution of commercial strategy: Identify, shape and manage selected projects that deliver against the Ecommerce strategy and priorities (including business case development where relevant).
- Closely collaborate with Global Ecommerce Commercial Leadership (Hub Leaders, Functional Leaders), to ensure commercial strategy is executed in the local markets.
- Coordinate with Global Ecommerce Commercial Leadership and Finance to ensure timely delivery of commercial performance reporting (incl. MBRs), budget & financial planning, and commercial guardrails/guidance for markets.
- Tactical support for Global Ecommerce Leadership: Act as sparring partner to Global Ecommerce Leadership by orchestrating priorities, developing and tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests.
- Be the drumbeat of the VP Global Ecommerce Commercial to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives.
YOUR TALENT
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the Ecommerce sector globally.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Consumer-centric strategic thinking & problem solving.
