YOUR MISSION

  • Engage in proactive and constructive collaboration with all HR competence centres.
  • Further develop existing HR processes and tools.
  • Co-responsibility for the implementation of change and organisational development processes in the supported specialist areas.
  • Design and manage talent management processes and tools.
  • Conduct individual coaching and mediation.
  • Trustful collaboration with the works council.
  • Organise and conduct special projects.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or comparable, with a focus on HR.
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in the field of personnel, P&O Business Partnering; practical experience in operational personnel processes.
  • Sound knowledge in the area of German labour law and personnel management.
  • Professional appearance towards internal and external contacts.
  • Independent, efficient, accurate and proactive working style.
  • High flexibility, commitment and initiative.
  • Enjoyment of collaborative work.
  • Fluent English and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Very good MS Office skills; Workday knowledge would be an advantage.

This position is available in full-time or part-time.
