YOUR MISSION

As Global Loyalty & Membership Manager, you will help drive the growth and success of our membership program, creating engaging experiences that strengthen customer relationships and increase retention.

Working closely with CRM, Ecommerce, Retail, BI, and regional teams, you will drive the day-to-day success of the program across global markets while supporting expansion into additional regions.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve member engagement, retention and commercial performance, while helping to deliver new features and experiences that strengthen the value of membership globally.

This is a hands‑on role that combines program optimisation, cross‑functional project management and innovation.

From supporting new market launches to developing member partnerships, exclusive experiences and brand activations, you will help shape how our loyalty program evolves as it scales internationally.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing a global loyalty and membership program, helping to create meaningful customer relationships and deliver measurable business impact through data‑driven engagement strategies.

  • Manage and optimise the loyalty and membership program across global markets, continuously improving member engagement, retention and commercial performance
  • Analyse customer behaviour and program performance to identify opportunities for optimisation across member journeys, rewards, benefits and communications
  • Support the rollout of the loyalty program into new markets, coordinating with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Help define and launch new global program features, benefits and engagement mechanics that enhance the member value proposition
  • Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that create additional value for members and strengthen the overall loyalty ecosystem
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing and commercial teams to deliver member-exclusive activations, experiences and campaigns that increase engagement and advocacy
  • Work closely with CRM teams to develop targeted member communications and lifecycle journeys that drive participation and retention
  • Partner with Ecommerce, tech and external vendors to support platform enhancements, feature releases and ongoing program improvements
  • Monitor and report on key program KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Stay informed on loyalty, membership and customer engagement trends, bringing new ideas and best practices into the business
  • YOUR TALENT

Several years of experience working within loyalty, CRM, customer engagement or membership programs, ideally within retail, ecommerce, fashion, lifestyle or sportstyle environments.

  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer retention strategies and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience managing global projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across different teams and locations
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to identify opportunities and measure performance
  • Comfortable working with CRM and loyalty technology platforms and collaborating with technical teams on implementations and enhancements
  • Experience with SAP Emarsys and/ or Antavo is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of how loyalty programs contribute to customer value, retention and business growth
  • Proactive and curious, with a willingness to test, learn and continuously improve program performance
