As a Manager IT SAP Finance & Controlling, you are the go‑to consultant on technical solution design and implementation for PUMA stakeholders across the European and Global Region, focusing on Finance and Controlling processes for our direct‑to‑customer and wholesale businesses.
Role Purpose
Own the technical design, configuration, and integration of Finance & Controlling processes across the global SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring seamless connectivity with related applications such as Treasury, e‑invoicing, and complementary Finance solutions. Contribute to the Digital & Technology Finance & Controlling organization, driving the evolution of the global S/4HANA Fashion template and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across markets and business units. Serve as the SAP FI/CO technical authority, guiding Finance key users and Business Process Managers through all technical phases of project delivery—from design and build to testing, deployment, and hyper‑care—while ensuring robust ongoing support and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP rollout projects end‑to‑end: from design and configuration to testing and go‑live.
- Deliver technical implementations in FI/CO, ensuring alignment with business requirements, best practices, and global template standards.
- Translate business needs into smart, scalable FI/CO solutions.
- Stay current with SAP innovations, recommending enhancements to improve functional and technical design.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure stable financial operations.
- Collaborate across Finance and IT functions—including Accounting, Controlling, Tax, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Basis, and Integration teams—while coordinating effectively with external partners and implementation vendors.
