Your Mission

  • Manage the global partnership ecosystem and serve as the main point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a holistic partnership strategy aligned with Category, Sourcing, and Go To Market calendars.
  • Create and manage the partnership calendar, establishing clear milestones and ensuring alignment with cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate collaboration across product, marketing, GTM, and regional teams to achieve partnership success across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Global Go‑to‑Market to ensure a flawless GTM process.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on budget, creative direction, and concepts to develop assets that promote and activate the partnership.
  • Track and report on business performance of collaborations using sales figures, feedback, and relevant metrics.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to engage with partners and cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain the highest level of the PUMA brand image and reputation in all external interactions.

Your Talent

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Relevant leadership experience, including the ability to motivate and mentor others.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
