Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Training marketing direction with a strong focus on strategic key account, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Drive go-to-market execution including product storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and account-specific activation plans.
  • Act as consumer and category expert, translating Training and fitness trends into relevant marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Sales to align on product pipelines, key franchises, and account growth opportunities.
  • Own category and account performance tracking, leveraging sell-in, sell-through, e-commerce, and retail insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities and risks, translating them into targeted marketing actions for the key account.
  • Develop and deliver tailored global-to-account toolkits, enabling strong and consistent execution.
  • Ensure integrated activation across all touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on key account excellence (digital, retail, e-com).
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and the key account to ensure locally relevant execution and feedback loops.
  • Monitor competitive activity within the account landscape to inform strategy and differentiation.
  • Support budget management, KPI tracking, and performance optimization with a focus on account impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sport or lifestyle marketing with strong category and/or key account focus.
  • Proven track record in developing impactful go-to-market plans, ideally with exposure to major wholesale or strategic accounts.
  • Strong ability to translate business, product, and account needs into consumer-facing marketing.
  • Solid understanding of retail environments, e-commerce, and account-specific dynamics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and external partners, including key accounts.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
