Mission
- Support the development of bottom unit components by contributing to CAD updates, 2D drawings, and tech pack data.
- Assist in translating design concepts into technical and manufacturable engineering solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment across the product creation process.
- Support 3D printing, sample builds, and basic troubleshooting, including documentation of errors and improvements.
- Assist in lab and wear test coordination, tracking performance results to support product validation.
- Maintain and update tooling management systems and revision documentation.
- Communicate with international development teams and suppliers regarding sample status and technical topics.
- Contribute to research on new materials, components, and construction methods together with senior engineers.
- Analyse competitor products and market trends to support engineering decisions.
- Domestic and international travel required (approx. 20%).
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Footwear Technology, Product Development, or a related field.
- First practical experience in product engineering, footwear development, or a similar area.
- Basic understanding of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes (preferably injection tooling).
- Familiarity with CAD tools and technical documentation is a plus.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity for innovation, performance, and technical problem-solving.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
