- YOUR MISSION
- Coordinate and drive the Seasonal Planning process, including managing KPI targets, creating comprehensive reports and overseeing detailed Merchandising Planning in collaboration with Global Go-To-Market Merchandising and Business Units.
- Implement comprehensive Merchandising Planning tracking, including commentary and proactive follow-ups with stakeholders on deviations from the plan.
- Conduct advanced data analyses to extract actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business growth.
- Drive the development and refinement of the Global planning process by implementing best practices across business units and product divisions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing the most accurate and relevant information available, with a strong focus on customer sell-through data and market data.
- Support the accurate submission of product forecasts from all entities, validate results with Markets, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate findings through detailed reports to Senior Management.
- Propose and implement improvements to the Product Forecasting process, focusing on enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with integrated planning approaches across functions.
- Stay up to date with business performance across all product categories, regions, and key markets to proactively share information with global partners and support critical business decisions.
- YOUR TALENT
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in planning (financial, demand, supply, or merchandising) within a mid-sized organization.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required; experience with additional tools or programming (e. g., SQL, macros) is a plus.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to convey ideas effectively in a structured and professional manner, including creating clear and compelling documentation.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage experience and knowledge to develop creative and effective solutions.
