YOUR MISSION
As a Junior Human Resources Partner with focus on Benelux, you will support across the Benelux organization and contribute to a wide range of operational and strategic HR activities.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR expertise while working closely with managers and employees in a dynamic retail environment.
- Partner with managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, providing guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support talent management, performance management, and employee development initiatives across the Retail Benelux organization
- Contribute to organizational development and change management projects, helping drive business transformation and team effectiveness
- Coordinate key HR processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, compensation reviews, and internal mobility
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports and recommendations, and participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
- YOUR TALENT
- First experience in Human Resources, ideally within a retail, consumer goods, or international business environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with HR data and reporting tools.
- Fluency in German and English, Dutch would be an advantage.
