- YOUR MISSION
- Under the direction of the Teamhead, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizing them effectively.
- Contribute to the quality of products' graphic design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand.
- Integrate product and technical developments into product design.
- Support the Senior Designer in the execution of innovative product graphics aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals.
- Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary.
- Launch innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies.
- Identify functionality requirements and ensure accurate use of information technology systems in order to gain competitive advantage.
- Analyze opportunities for design support in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer intimacy.
- Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives.
- Own, deliver and follow up of projects in line with Puma development calendar.
- Ensure that design activities leverage learning across the PUMA organization.
- Contribute to adequate protection of PUMA's intellectual property.
- YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor/Master degree focused on Graphic Design or similar education
- Professional experience in graphic design, ideally in the sports/fashion industry
- Good knowledge of sports performance, fabrics and new industry technologies
- Very good feeling for graphics, colors and creativity
- Excellent Adobe and MS Office skills (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design and Powerpoint).
- 3D software knowledge is optional but valued
- Very good written and spoken English skills are a must
- Good presentation skills
