Your mission

  • Support the translation of design concepts into functional and manufacturable prototypes
  • Collaborate with Designers and PLMs throughout the product creation process
  • Prepare and maintain clear and accurate technical packages
  • Coordinate sample requests, track timelines, and assist in prototype reviews
  • Communicate with Sourcing and suppliers to support development
  • Domestic and international travel required (approx. 20%)

Your talent

  • Degree in Footwear/Sports Technology, Engineering, Product Development or a related field
  • First practical experience in footwear development
  • Basic knowledge of footwear materials, constructions, and manufacturing processes
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment
  • Curiosity for innovation, sustainability, and performance-driven design
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Mandarin is a plus
