Your mission
- Support the translation of design concepts into functional and manufacturable prototypes
- Collaborate with Designers and PLMs throughout the product creation process
- Prepare and maintain clear and accurate technical packages
- Coordinate sample requests, track timelines, and assist in prototype reviews
- Communicate with Sourcing and suppliers to support development
- Domestic and international travel required (approx. 20%)

- Degree in Footwear/Sports Technology, Engineering, Product Development or a related field
- First practical experience in footwear development
- Basic knowledge of footwear materials, constructions, and manufacturing processes
