Responsibilities

  • Maintain and input data and updates within internal product information system.
  • Create seasonal product catalog and sales tools: preparation and inputting product text and product details.
  • Competitive research & benchmarking: market research on consumers, retail, and product trends (online).
  • Prepare sales data/order figures using Excel, with involvement in margin and pricing calculations.
  • General administrative work and data processing with MS Office programs.
  • Key point person for organization of samples: lending out of samples to marketing/sales/BU etc. and tracking whereabouts; keeping stockrooms up to date and tidy.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business, Textile Management, (Fashion) Marketing or similar for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Previous experience of working in retail would be advantageous.
  • Very good MS Office skills (particularly Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and produce results with a sense of urgency in a highly competitive industry demanding significant commitment to team and company.
  • Demands accuracy in all tasks; self-policing and driven to produce output of the highest standard in a consistent manner.
  • Hard working, upbeat, friendly, team-player with excellent communication skills (in English) with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize individual work load.
