- Partner with regions, providing strategic guidance and alignment frameworks.
- Oversee marketing operations (e.g., samples, seeding) to ensure efficient execution.
- Optimize processes and tools to enhance planning, workflows, and accountability.
- Ensure consistent global‑regional integration and communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in marketing planning frameworks, brand blueprints, or marketing operations.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
