YOUR MISSION
- Deliver Performance Footwear concepts which push the boundaries of sport performance.
- Offer multiple alternative solutions to design briefs.
- Provide design support to Global Creative Director Innovation and Teamhead Design Innovation Footwear.
- Display a strong understanding of trends and future performance aesthetics.
- Provide in-depth research for each project starting with the athlete/consumer and building strong storytelling and design-direction from there.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to elevate your design solutions by taking the expert feedback into account.
- Work with the insights team to understand athlete’s and consumer’s needs and turn those needs into compelling products.
- Work hand in hand with the engineering teams executing your designs. Support with revisions and adjust your design to technical constraints while keeping the essence alive.
- Prepare and present all projects to a high standard and in a compelling, relevant way to the respective audience.
- Execute all deliverables in adherence to project timeline.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design and/or relevant field of study.
- 2 - 3 years of work experience in designing for a leading footwear/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion or sports industry.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to interact across the businesses and functions.
- Ability to collaborate and consult with cross functional innovation partners to create project roadmaps together.
- Address both the interests of production and the product/project ambition.
- Build connections across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries where applicable.
- Passion for beauty and love for aesthetic.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communicator, strong writing and presentation skills.
