  • YOUR MISSION
  • Work closely with the Associate Creative Director, as well as the Creative Team, Project Managers, Producers, Content Creators, Business Units and Channel Owners, to develop and deliver high- and low-production campaigns, ensuring strong on-brand quality across all creative work through to final assets
  • Support the day-to-day tasks associated with pre-production, production and post-production for assigned campaigns
  • Drive creative projects through all phases of development and execution from concept ideation and design development to final delivery, applying strong design craft across layout, typography, colour, print, digital and video, while using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create high-quality outputs
  • Partner with internal producers to plan and execute photoshoots and other productions
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions within the Internal Creative Agency, Business Units, external Partners, external Creative Agencies and cross-channel teams
  • Present creative work to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Stay informed on relevant creative, cultural and marketplace trends, and bring findings to inform the work
  • Collaborate with channels such as PR, Social, Paid Media, Ecommerce and Retail to help ensure creative consistency across touchpoints
  • Support the identification and briefing of external partners such as photographers, creatives, animators and producers
  • Work within production budgets on a project-by-project basis together with production managers
  • Support the post-production asset selection and retouching process
  • Contribute to the development of creative guidelines to support regional execution of global concepts
  • Support the development and execution of sales tools, including creative proposals, mood boards and internal documents
  • Act as a strong creative contributor within the Internal Creative Agency
  • Collaborate with and support junior team members where needed.
  • YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or relevant field of study
  • 6 years relevant experience in print/film/digital/retail/brand design
  • Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation including concept ideation, design development, and resource allocation/management
  • Thorough understanding of creative process, color theory and typography as well as interactive, digital design and video storytelling
  • Must bring strong design expertise, with hands-on experience in developing layouts and producing high-quality print files
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Motion/3D experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the creative process across all channels (digital, retail, social, PR, etc.)
  • Exceptional presentation skills and proven ability to effectively work with senior management to brainstorm, design and strategize the fulfillment of marketing executions
  • Experience directing and overseeing both studio and location photo shoots under aggressive, time-sensitive conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function autonomously and in a cooperative, diverse group
  • Strong information seeking skills and a penchant for resourcefulness
  • Tremendous attention to detail, and extraordinary time-management skills
  • Travel up to 50%, including international travel may be required.
