Business Solutions Achieve annual sales targets by utilizing various business models and techniques, increasing market share in key categories, and analyzing sales and margins. Align with internal functions to ensure consistent communication and smooth account management, involving departments like Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Support, Finance, and Operations. Sell In/Sell Out —aim for excellence in all sales activities, monitor customer sell-through, and leverage this data to Puma’s advantage. Develop and maintain profitable account relationships through regular interactions, product presentations, marketing plans, order management, and retail visits. Consumer Centric Enhance brand desirability within distribution policies and channels, managing assortment plans and setting clear goals. Maintain high knowledge of market trends, consumer habits, and preferences. People & Culture Live and promote Puma’s core values: Brave, Confident, Determined, and Joyful. Coordinate cross-functional teams to define strategic directions and resource allocation each season, aligning with brand and partner objectives.
