SPEED motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.

Store Operations: Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts, and refunds) accurately in compliance with Retail P. Identify, interpret, and diagnose store performance using controllable operational KPIs (e.g., CR, UPT, ATV).

Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.

Inventory Management: Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.

Merchandise Management: Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise; communicate opportunities; ensure visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA VM standards.

Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Qualifications: Ability to offer substitutes, new and related products.
