Onsite Optimization
- Plan and execute online merchandising strategies aligned with trading calendars, brand campaigns, and promotions.
- Manage UK site localisation, ensuring relevance to local trading moments and product launches to maximise sales and visibility.
- Collaborate with EU teams to drive regional alignment and partner with global stakeholders to ensure content plans align with trading calendars and buy plans.
- Ensure products are correctly categorised, maintain onsite filters and site search to ensure products are searchable, and easy to navigate.
- Maintain PUMA UK App content to ensure consistency between web and app in line with brand strategy.
- Set up and manage promotions during key trading periods, including partner discounts and promotion exclusions.
- Partner with the planning team to create seasonal flow plans, and product tracker to track and monitor key launches.
- Work with the global SEO team to maintain off-site search ranking, URLs, and keyword content.
Data & Analysis
- Use tools such as Crownpeak and analytics platforms to optimise sales and conversion rate (CVR) through data-driven analysis.
- Monitor website performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate) and implement continuous improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on site features, layouts, and product sorting to enhance performance.
- Manage stock visibility, prioritising best sellers and high-margin items.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
- Troubleshoot onsite issues, including broken links, incorrect pricing, and product display errors, coordinating deliverables and approvals with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising (2-3 years).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Crownpeak, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of online customer behaviour.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (ideally: Salesforce and Sanity).
- Basic understanding of SEO and onsite search optimisation.
