Essential for achieving sales goals, managing payroll, and ensuring profitability. Analytical abilities preparing and analyzing sales reports, and providing insights to improve performance. Ability to interpret and diagnose the store performance based on controllable operational KPI’s (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).

Product Knowledge: Understanding the purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.

Customer Service & Communication: Crucial for maintaining high standards of customer experience and handling sales transactions accurately. Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Salesfloor Engagement: Necessary for spending time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and coaching employees.

Sales Floor Stock: Manage stock levels in the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for the customers.
