The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Diagnose and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate. Be the first point of contact for users on a day-to-day basis. Support the IT Operations team in their day-to-day duties where necessary.

Previous experience and knowledge of basic IT tools and infrastructure (Windows/Office365, servers, networks) is essential. Experience of working on a helpdesk or 1st-line IT support would be an advantage. Knowledge of SQL and query is preferred but not essential.

An excellent level of planning and organisation skills. Self‑motivated with an ability to work on own initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
