Salesfloor Engagement: Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.

Team Management: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff; motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.

Store Operations: Process POS transactions accurately in compliance with Retail P; identify, interpret, and diagnose store performance based on controllable operational KPIs (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).

Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.

Inventory Management: Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.

Merchandise Management: Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and communicate opportunities; ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA VM standards.

Reporting: Prepare and analyse sales reports and provide insights to improve performance.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Physical Demand: Constantly walking and moving; uses speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior retail staff role.
  • Education: Minimum completed full school/vocational school education (e.g., high school diploma) or higher.
