YOUR MISSION
- Respond to user and system problems.
- Diagnose and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate.
- Be the first point of contact for users on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Support the IT Operations team in their day‑to‑day duties where necessary.
YOUR TALENT
- Previous experience and knowledge of basic IT tools and infrastructure (Windows/Office365, servers, networks) is essential.
- Experience of working on a helpdesk or 1st‑line IT support would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and query is preferred but not essential.
- An excellent level of planning and organisation skills.
- Self‑motivated with an ability to work on own initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
