Responsibilities
- Management and organization of logistics service providers in the European E-commerce area (warehouse as well as distribution related).
- Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs in the context of existing contracts with logistics service providers, with commitment of regulating measures.
- Definition, implementation and documentation of standardized logistical processes as well as analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes.
- Inbound planning in alignment with Merchandising.
- Execution of tender offers for logistics services.
- Inventory management including interface monitoring and the analysis of reconciliation reports.
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries, as well as logistics service providers in an international environment.
- Preparation and analysis of the reporting.
- Invoice verification as well as supporting in budget preparation.
- Administrative and operational work as well as handling of projects.
- Supporting the Retail logistics team on similar tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Good understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management processes.
- Experience managing logistics service providers and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
