Responsibilities

  • Management and organization of logistics service providers in the European E-commerce area (warehouse as well as distribution related).
  • Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs in the context of existing contracts with logistics service providers, with commitment of regulating measures.
  • Definition, implementation and documentation of standardized logistical processes as well as analysis and optimization of existing logistics processes.
  • Inbound planning in alignment with Merchandising.
  • Execution of tender offers for logistics services.
  • Inventory management including interface monitoring and the analysis of reconciliation reports.
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries, as well as logistics service providers in an international environment.
  • Preparation and analysis of the reporting.
  • Invoice verification as well as supporting in budget preparation.
  • Administrative and operational work as well as handling of projects.
  • Supporting the Retail logistics team on similar tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
  • Good understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management processes.
  • Experience managing logistics service providers and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
