What you'll do:
- Plan and manage our monthly content calendar, primarily for Instagram then TikTok
- Develop content concepts, campaigns and recurring content series
- Coordinate designers, video editors and content creators
- Source and coordinate UGC opportunities where relevant
- Write captions and social copy
- Schedule and publish content through Later or alternative scheduling platform
- Deliver approximately 4-5 Instagram posts per week plus supporting story content
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
- Work closely with the Pulsio team on product launches, partnerships and key campaigns
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have strong experience managing social media for consumer brands
- Understand fitness, wellness, recovery or sports audiences
- Have strong creative instincts and know what makes content perform, to brief designers, creators and video editors to successfully execute your ideas
- Have excellent writing and communication skills, to craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for different audiences and channels
- Can balance strategy, creativity and execution
- Are comfortable managing creative freelancers and content workflows
- Enjoy working directly with ambitious founder-led brands
- Proficiency in content strategy and planning, with the ability to align content calendars with broader marketing goals and brand positioning
