We’re looking for ambassadors to help drive waitlist signups for a fast-growing social/dating startup. This role is ideal for university students (or recent graduates) who are well-connected, creative, and comfortable promoting something they believe in whether that’s through content, social circles, or direct outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Drive waitlist signups through creative and proactive outreach
  • Share the product with friends, group chats, societies, and wider networks (optional)
  • Create content to promote the brand across platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram) (optional)
  • Carry out on-campus promotion
  • Identify and test new ways to generate signups (campus trends, communities, events, etc.)
  • Represent the brand authentically both online and offline
  • Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and what resonates with your audience

Compensation

  • Hourly paid opportunities for in-person or content or other structured work
  • Pay per signup (performance-based, uncapped earning potential)
  • Potential to transition into a retained growth role for top performers

Who We’re Looking For

  • University students or recent graduates (preferred)
  • UK based and ideally London based
  • Well-connected and socially active (online or offline)
  • Comfortable promoting products within personal networks
  • Creative, resourceful, and willing to experiment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging others
  • Self-motivated and results-driven (this is not a passive role)
  • No prior experience required; we value initiative and ability to drive results more than formal background.
