We are seeking a Business Analyst who will work as part of a team to deliver on the new digital transformation programme for one of our major football clients. You will play a key role in eliciting, documenting, and managing the requirement lifecycle, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and ready for build. You will work closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for the delivery and analysis of a range of activities, working alongside one of our Lead Product Managers. These activities will include:

  • Gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements for a number of D2C digital products.
  • Eliciting and defining clear, actionable user stories and requirements defined with key data-driven insights, ensuring they align with the client’s strategic objectives.
  • Creating product documentation, including but not limited to functional specifications, product briefs, and process maps.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build a well-organised product backlog.
  • Continuously seeking feedback from clients and end-users to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborating with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Supporting the Project & Product Managers in managing the flow of work within sprints.

You will work alongside a team of Product Managers, Product Designers, User Researchers, Project Managers, and Engineers. You will join project squads to ensure you are immersed in the product and the KPIs set for the delivery. The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter who can turn product strategy and objectives into clear, concise requirements ready for development. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail who can keep the big picture in focus.
