We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) to join our esteemed client's inpatient team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate MHP to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services for adults within our community (CMHT). This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start from immediately for a short-term contract. This vacancy offers competitive rates.
What will your responsibilities be?
The successful Practitioner will be working in a Mental Health Service, carrying out management of a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes. The successful practitioner will take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of adults who present to the service with mental health problems and especially those that are at risk of or have attempted deliberate self-harm.

- Managing a caseload
- RMN/Social Worker
