Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Locum MSK Physiotherapist to join our team at Evesham Community Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
- Managing caseloads and contributing to the continuous improvement of the MSK service.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.
