About the Role:
Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Holyhead. As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day. Full-time 36 hours per week or part-time 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will dispense prescriptions, offer various NHS and private services, and provide healthcare guidance to customers.
- You will actively participate in our charity support program, offering advice to community members at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- You will lead, train, and develop team members, and foster relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
- You will ensure accurate claims for NHS-covered items and utilize a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff availability, so you’re always there to meet your customers’ needs.
What we are looking for in a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist:
Qualifications:
- Accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- A master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm).
Experience:
- At least 18 months of clinical pharmacy experience.
- You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
