We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehab Team in Swindon, part of the Integrated and Community Care (I&CC) division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a large, supportive team, providing essential rehabilitation services to adults in the community. Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and treating patients in their homes, requiring the ability to travel within the community with a maximum travel time of around 20 minutes.
  • Managing a diverse caseload, excluding stroke patients, and providing personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Picking up four new patients per week and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Working closely with a team of 60 staff members, ensuring comprehensive support and high-quality care for all patients.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Community rehabilitation experience or transferrable skills.
  • Knowledge about falls (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to travel within the community.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and registration.
