We are seeking a dedicated Specialty Dr in Forensic Psychiatry to work full-time for our NHS client based in Southampton, Hampshire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering specialist psychiatric care within forensic inpatient and community mental health team (CMHT) settings.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and contributing to treatment planning.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe and effective mental health services.
  • Participating in ward rounds, clinical documentation, and service development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • GMC registration (essential).
  • Experience in forensic psychiatry, including inpatient and CMHT settings.
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
