Many pharmacists choose fixed-term contracts, but there is always high demand for locum pharmacists in the UK. Locum work offers flexibility and other benefits, but it’s important to note that locums may not be eligible for sick pay, pension contributions, or holiday pay.
As a new graduate or registered pharmacist, your starting salary should be around £21,600. Experienced professionals, such as pharmacists managers, can earn up to £34,800, while specialised pharmacists may earn up to £81,600.
