We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 RNLD to join a specialist learning disabilities service in New Malden, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a compassionate and person-centred environment. The role is available on a locum basis with an immediate start and offers competitive rates.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Support the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
- Contribute to risk assessments.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider clinical team to promote independence and well-being.
