As a locum worker, your rate of pay will be discussed between you and your consultant at the point of finding you a fantastic opportunity. There are a few factors involved in negotiating your overall pay, including experience, specialist expertise, location and setting. London living costs are also taken into consideration and uplifts are applied where relevant. Should you be looking for a permanent placement, your annual salary offer and remuneration package will be discussed between you and your consultant at Pulse during your application.
Additionally, some of the NHS trusts and organisations you will get to work with through Pulse will invite you to be part of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. On top of your salary, this provides you with legal aid and advice, professional indemnity insurance and continued professional development (CPD).
