We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry for our NHS client based in Liverpool, Merseyside. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert clinical assessments and diagnoses for the elderly experiencing complex mental health issues.
- Leading and overseeing the development of comprehensive treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Managing and supporting multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration between various healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- You must have a full GMC licence to practice.
- Section 12AC is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
