The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography, with proven managerial experience and a track record of successfully handling CQC inspections. This role involves managing a small team of radiographers and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the radiography department.
- Managing and supporting a small team of radiographers.
- Ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Conducting and managing CQC inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
