We are seeking a dedicated Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to work full-time for our NHS client based in Glasgow, Scotland. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering specialist psychiatric care within CAMHS, including inpatient and community mental health team (CMHT) settings.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments.
  • Developing and overseeing treatment plans.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe and effective mental health services for children and adolescents.
  • Participating in clinical meetings, documentation, and service development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • GMC registration (essential)
  • Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status (essential)
  • Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, including CAMHS, inpatient, and CMHT settings
